Moroccanoil – what is it and how it’s used

Moroccanoil has become a hair essential for many and with the ability to heal split ends, smooth frizz and make your hair incredibly shiny it’s obvious to see why. Celebrities love the products too and it’s reportedly used by the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Anna Kendrick, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry to give them the luscious locks that we all crave!

What is it?

Moroccanoil is the leading producer of Argan Oil hair products. The luxury brand, founded by Carmen Tal was created after she was given an oil treatment at a hair salon to rejuvenate her hair after dyeing had left it damaged. She was amazed with the results and decided to share these benefits with everyone worldwide.

Moroccanoil is infused with antioxidant-rich argan oil and vitamins to help boost shine. It is great with all hair types and has both styling and conditioning benefits. It can help you detangle, achieve smooth, shiny hair that is manageable and the formula even improves your hairs condition, nourishing it making your hair stronger with each use.

How is it used?

The Moroccanoil that we use is a great foundation for your hair care. It has an award-winning formula that is infused with Argan oil and will make your hair smooth, manageable, shiny  and will even speed up the time it takes you to blow-dry your hair!

Moroccanoil is currently used in 2 ways, either on wet or dry hair. On wet hair your stylist will apply the all through the ends of your hair before blow-drying as they would normally. This will make the hair easy to dry and leave you with a silky smooth look.

On Dry hair your stylist will work a little of the oil into the ends of your hair which will help reduce frizz, fly aways and leave you with sleek manageable hair.

Moroccanoil is also available in other products such as shampoos, conditioners, hydrating masks and styling gels, just ask your stylist for some advice on what’s best for you and get your hair into its best condition ever.
